Kula Shaker is an English psychedelic rock band, formed in London in 1995 and fronted by Crispian Mills.
They are known for their blend of 1990s Britpop with 1960s psychedelic rock and influences from Indian music, resulting in a unique sound that achieved mainstream success with hits like “Hey Dude” and “Hush” in the late 1990s.
The band split in 1999, but reunited in 2004 and has continued to release music and tour.
